Another Winnie Bag

This is my 2nd Winnie Bag. I made this as a gift for a dear friend who had just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. 

I remember when my daughter was still a small baby. Every time we went somewhere, we had to bring along a big diaper bag. The bag itself was even bigger than the baby. I just didn't understand how come a baby that small needed so many things......A small bag like this will definitely come to handy when my friend goes for a quick trip that only requires a few diapers, a bottle of milk, a pack of wet tissues and a burp cloth.

This bag is also perfect for birthday goodie bags.

Winnie Bag

When someone close to our family is having a birthday, I try to spend more time to think about the gift.

Christmas stocking

It's November and Christmas is only a MONTH away!!!

When I'm thinking about Christmas, I feel warm and fuzzy inside. Now, if only there were snow in Jakarta.....

This year I start early on the Christmas ornament production. For starter, I'll be making these stockings, to be filled with candies and small gifts. Orders for these babies are starting to pile up. So, days of sleepless night in front of sewing machine is coming soon.

Wedding Keepsake for Ancilla

A friend of mine, Ancilla, is going to marry her sweetheart on September. She ordered mini pillows as keepsakes for her closest friends. The pillow is embroidered with panda and duck appliques. She let me chose the colors and the design. Thank God, she was very happy with the results and wanted to order more :)

A gift to my boss

I made a cross from paper quilling as a farewell gift for my boss, who were a very spiritual person. She loved the gift so much, she ordered 5 crosses from me as gifts to her church. So I came up with these...
I bought the frame from Index on such a good bargain, buy 1 get 1 free. The only problem was shipping these cross to Medan. I wrapped them carefully in papers, cardboard and wooden box. Thank God, all of them arrived in Medan safe and sound....

Hair Clip Organizer

I've been making hair clips for my little girls in every color I could get my hands on. She ends up with so many clippies, more than she ever needs..and she doesn't even like wearing one, she just keep pulling it out of her hair. Her clippies then began to scatter around, so I made this hair clip organizer for her and hung it on her bedroom wall.

The hair clip organizer is made from felt and stuffed with dacron. I put on some felt flower and attached strings of ribbons to hang the clippies.
